State Champion
My Freshman year I was looking to join a new spring sport. The Flag Football program gained a lot of attention the prior year as the team just missed the opportunity to go to the state championship game. I decided to tryout. I not only made the team, but became a starting cornerback on game one.
Practices began at 6 a.m. every day before school because of limited field availability. This early start brought unexpected challenges but also opportunities for growth and discipline. Despite the difficulties, the consistent commitment helped build resilience and shaped not only the skills but also the character of those involved, turning each hurdle into a meaningful part of their journey.

Varsity Soccer
I have played soccer since I was seven years old, and it was during middle school that I discovered my strength as a goalie. This position offers a unique perspective on the game, as I have to anticipate plays and react quickly to the movements of both teammates and opponents. The pressure of being the last line of defense can be overwhelming, yet I thrive in that environment. Each game presents challenges that require focus and resilience, and I find fulfillment in the responsibility of making crucial saves that can change the outcome. Embracing this intensity has shaped my love for the sport and my unwavering commitment to my team.
